Hello Hello! I’m Beccy Jones, a certified NLP and Holistic Health Coach from Elements of Nutrition, and it’s my life’s mission to help give incredible, heart-led healers, heading towards (or in recovery from) stress, the superpowers to heal and defend ourselves.
Stress is one of the biggest causes of illness today, and we don’t always nourish our mind, body and soul enough to protect ourselves from the physical effects on our health, or reverse the damage that modern, fast paced living has led to.
That’s why I created the 6 M’s of Nutrition: A manageable, memorable approach to holistic nourishment that can be used by any of us, to restore our life force and resilience to the crud that gets hurled at us every day in our personal life, business and through global change.

Donna Webb Hello my name is Donna Webb, I have a background in holistic and alternative therapies. I'm at the moment a director of Happy Me Community. This is a group to help and empower women of all ages, race and culture. We provide a variety of peer support groups and provide workshops and sessions to enable woman to live Happy lives. I bring into the groups my knowledge and wellbeing skills to focus on women's mind, body and mental good health.

Hi my name is Karen. Feel Good Therapies has been my holistic business for the past 12 years, a big change from administration. Feel Good At The Studio, for the past 5 years, is my well-being business providing crafting, fitness and a large space for talks and events.
